Join our network of licensed movers
Licensed household goods movers can receive targeted customer requests for moves in the Hamptons and Long Island.
Who can join our network
Movers North America works exclusively with licensed and insured household goods moving companies. To receive requests for moves inside New York State, your company must hold active household goods operating authority from the New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT). For interstate moves, you must hold an active USDOT number and FMCSA operating authority (MC number).
How request routing works
When a customer submits a move request, our system matches the starting ZIP code to moving companies that cover that area. Each request goes to a maximum of three licensed companies. We never broadcast requests as open lists or sell them to bulk lead directories.
Managing your moves
Participating movers receive access to an online company account. When a new request arrives for your service area, you can view the move details, contact the customer, and update the status of the job inside your dashboard. You can mark each record as contacted, quoted, won, or lost to keep your workflow organized.
Direct customer connections
We do not display moving company names, rankings, or public profiles on our website. Customers meet you directly when you contact them with your estimate. You negotiate rates, set terms, schedule dates, and collect payments directly with the customer under your own contract.
How to apply
If your moving company meets our licensing standards and serves the East End of Long Island, submit your company information using the registration form below. Our team reviews your operating authority before activating your account.
