We share your move details and contact information exclusively with up to three independent licensed moving companies matched to your request. We also share data with technical service providers that host our website servers, store databases, or deliver automated SMS and email notifications. These service providers process data only to support our site operations.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to data brokers, marketing agencies, or unrelated third parties.

Communications and consent

By submitting a move request on our website, you consent to receive telephone calls, automated text messages (SMS), and email messages from up to three matched moving companies regarding your moving request. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.

How to opt out

You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message sent by a matched mover or service provider. To stop telephone calls or emails, contact the specific moving company directly. Because we forward your request details immediately upon submission, opting out through our platform does not automatically cancel communications already initiated by independent moving companies.

Data retention

We retain your request information, technical log data, and consent timestamps for as long as necessary to fulfill the matching service, perform internal auditing, comply with legal obligations, and resolve technical disputes.

Data security

We implement administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage method is completely secure.
