Three steps to get moving quotes

It takes one form. You enter your starting ZIP code, destination ZIP code, move date, home size, and phone number. Our system routes your request directly to up to three licensed moving companies that serve your location.

• Submit your details: Fill out the request form on our website with basic facts about your move.
• Receive quotes: Up to three independent moving companies contact you directly by phone or email to offer estimates.
• Compare and select: Review the offers, ask questions, and choose the mover that fits your schedule and budget. You sign your contract directly with the chosen mover.

What the service costs

Our matching service is completely free for homeowners, renters, and businesses. You pay nothing to submit a request or receive estimates. The moving companies pay a fee to receive your request details.

How we handle your information

We send your contact details and move parameters only to the specific independent moving companies matched to your request. We do not sell open lists to third parties. For full details on data security, read our Privacy Policy.

Checking a mover's license

Moving within New York State requires operating authority from the New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT). A federal USDOT number alone is not sufficient for moves that stay inside New York. If your move crosses state lines, the carrier must hold a USDOT number and FMCSA operating authority (an MC number). You can verify USDOT and MC numbers on the FMCSA website. Interstate movers must provide a written estimate and the official federal booklet titled Your Rights and Responsibilities When You Move.

What we do not do

Movers North America is not a moving company or transportation carrier. We do not own trucks, employ moving crews, set moving prices, or process payments for moves. All contract terms, scheduling, and payments happen directly between you and your selected moving company.
